Open site and safe mode

Can you turn off safe mode for my site because I can not CMOD to put at 777

All your files are already 777.
Your php files must be 755 or 644. Any ability for other people to write to php files and the system will throw an error.
Also we do not and cannot modify php for specific accounts.
