Opened new Account....Can't log in CPanel

Just Opened my acct about 30min ago and got my conf email with acct info but I cannot log in Cpanel and my domain shows as still available...help

I've got the same problem, I got told by someone to go to
www.x10hosting.com/account, then log in if you aren't already, and you should see down the bottom of the page, a thing about what php you have. If you have php version 1 (first one on the list), then request an upgrade to PHP Version 2 (intermediate). It will ask you the reason why, just say someone reccomended it to you as you can't log in to CPanel. Hope I helped!

I am seeing a domain available. If you would please PM me the following information i will recreate your account. Also please PM me the confirmation email.

1. cpanel user name
2. Domain name url (example person5323.x10hosting.com
3. Ad free or Ad enhanced (if ad enhanced what package advanced or Corporate)
4. Contact email
5. Make sure cpanel user name is 8 characters or less and all lowercase


I will then PM you back with a password. Then you can log in and change the password to whatever you wish for it to be.
