Opening cPanel

Hello there, i try to login to cPanel but i can't. I push the "login to cPanel" button, a new window opens and after a few seconds i get this : Network Timeout, The server at starka.x10hosting.com is taking too long to respond.

Can you please help me and resolve this problem?

make sure you are trying to login there.
