Try http://t7.x10hosting.com/cpanel - if that dosen't do it then Upgrade to Firefox, or just use IE to get into the cPanel

Ever considered upgrade to Firefox? its the best browser to be honest.

Regarding Opera, we don't have any control over the cPanel files but I can report to them that there is an issue and we can hope they'll fix it.

Opera uses the IE engine, it should work...
