Option 3?

Lately I couldn't log in and stuff. Been reading about Option 3 and stuff....

WHAT do I need to do with my account? Something about a ticket thing, please explain this more clearly!

I haven't been around so I don't know what to do. Hope x10 gets things sorted soon...WAY TOO MUCH DOWNTIME!

ok. there is a support system where you need to register. registering your request gives you a ticket. this ticket is so people can track your request and work on it.

there is a link in the news and announcements section to the ticketing system.

when getting the ticket select backup/restore as the category. fill in your domain information. username, domain name etc.

what your doing is submiting a ticket with your user info if you need either 1) support or 2) a backup/restore and right now if you cant back up your own files for thursdays wipe then you can create a ticket for us to back it up for you.

Ok I've made a ticket, since I can't even access my site...

So now I just wait right? I don't need to do anything else right?

no, you do not need to do anything else, corey will backup the files and then wipe the server and restore them back.

If you can access your site via FTP I would suggest you download all of what you can, just to cover yourself.
