OSticket 500 error.

I tried putting open./php to 755 permission and It didn't work. I see someone else had a problem with this does anyone know why it's giving me 500 errors?

Yeah sorry when submitting the ticket on open.php

With the server move (accounts from Vox to Stoli), PHP versions resets to basic. It may take up to 12hs for it to update.

When Corey finishes copying accounts he'll manually run the script to update PHP versions.

I think that's the problem. Wait until your account PHP version gets updated, and we'll see if it works or not. If it doesn't, we'll look for another problem & solution ^^
