our cpanel come with SMTP?

Bcz on my vbulletin i need smtp server port and **** and im not very good with that ****, please thanks 4 a response if there is a smtp stuff while creating a email in my CPANEL

Are you logging into an account with your SMTP, it requires authentication, or are any errors being made.

like u know in your vbulletin admin cp u configure the smpt server/port does that come with creating a email

Use localhost port 25 for your SMTP server, that's the x10Hosting default.
