Outlook has stopped receiving mail

To whom it may concern,
Outlook access for www.caribbean-it.com is down. Could you please verify that the problem exists on our end and not x10hosting.com. We have tried to solve issue by connecting to starka via the SSL encrypted route, logs in fine, however, send test email fails. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hi Jean-Paul,

The mail not working may have been a temporary problem; as of right now, all mail servers are functioning properly. Please try sending and receiving mail again, and post back if you continue to experience difficulties.
