I cant upload anything to cssmaps.pcriot.com it fails to write file! When i try to use webmail it says over quota!

That'd be the disk restrictions we implimented because of abusers who use us as a file hosting server.
Or in your case, because you used us as a game file hosting mirror, which the TOS makes crystal clear is not allowed. As such, a permanent suspension has been applied to your account. This suspension cannot be removed for any reason, as File Hosting is a major violation of our terms of service.
Edit: As a note for anyone who searches and stumbles on this, the disk cap -can- be lifted if the TOS is abided by, the site is over 7 days old, and the site is using more than 500mb.
