Over quota

I have a problem with my mail because of over quota despite the fact that I have my email quota set to unlimited. I deleted the email and the error still shows. Is there any way to fix this?

1. Just because your email account has an unlimited quota, does not mean your hosting account has an unlimited quota.
2. Your hosting account has a 50,000 inode (any file, folder, symlink, etc.) quota. Each email is 1 inode.
