I signed up today and imported my WordPress blog. The import worked great but there are a number of errors that need to be fixed such as photos not uploading and leaving the dreaded red \"x\" in its place. Also, there are font issues that need to be fixed. Since I\'ve been working on my site, apparently I exceeded the allotted usage as my account was suspended. I can\'t believe I was suspended on my very first day.

Is there any way I can be given a grace period of maybe a day or two to get my site up and running. After I get it up and running, I will only be posting at most once or twice a day which should be well under the allotted maximum usage. If not, and I did read the TOS and the excessive usage is not defined, is there a guideline as to usage so that I do not exceed what is allowable?

Thanks.

It's an automated scanner that we can't stop from scanning particular accounts; I can say from what I can see in the logs that it was using 50% of the server's CPU and doing so for over 30 seconds, which is what caused it to panic. If possible, try to upload the images in small batches - if it -would- happen to get to the 3rd high resource usage suspension, it's NOT permanent, you'd just have to open a ticket to get it unsuspended again.

In other words, it'll be a bit touch-and-go until it's up and running, but it won't stay permanent in any case.
