Page Cannot Be Displayed

I am unable to view any of my pages since starting service. my domain is http://[URL="http://dproof.elementfx.com/"]dproof.elementfx.com[/URL]
all atempts end up with page cannot be displayed error

dproof.elementfx.com/index.html

i did not see anything stating you need to make the page public somehow. Any Ideas?
