I first would like to say that for a free host your services are great ..i like your service and would like to upgrade but the page load times are kinda slow is that due to it being on a shared IP? and if i get a dedicated IP from you guys will i get faster page loads or is there something else making this happen

The load times are because of the number of users we put on each server. Getting a dedicated IP will not fix it. Our premium plans have far fewer accounts per server which makes them noticeably faster.
