Page not displaying

When I goto my site:

www2.thebigfish.ca I get the following:

Great Success!
Apache is working on your cPanel® and WHM™ Server

If i goto i via

thebigfish.x10hosting.com

I get the "Welcome to your new x10Hosting.com hosting account" page even though i've uploaded an index.html file for my site to the /public_html/ folder.

How is this possible?

I think, you haven't parked your domain thebigfish.ca. Check it first.

Regarding thebigfish.x10hosting.com, It may take some time for the DNS to propagate. Try through some proxy site like allowu.com

I checked through that web proxy and it still doesn't display.

In regards to the domain being parked... I've created a host record at zoneedit.com (my dns provider) for www2.thebigfish.ca which points to 70.87.51.250 (the shared IP for my site I presume).

www.thebigfish.ca resolves to another host which I don't want to change right now.

The larger issue is getting thebigfish.x10hosting.com to display my page.

im having the same problem i cant access my site when i use this url chongkolai.x10hosting.com

but when i try this --> with"index.php" chongkolai.x10hosting.com/index.php
it works..

whats the problem?

I think, you should have a LINK in your user directory (/home/username) to your public_html in order to show the correct page. Also, try to park your domain with www2 before it.

If your site works when you specify index.php manually. Its easy to make it work. Just add the following line in your .htaccess file in /home/username/public_html directory

DirectoryIndex index.php

Chris242 -- If there is no record of that domain on our hosting AND we don't control the DNS then it will not work.
