first you need to be known by search engines, submit your url ...
for google : http://www.google.com/addurl/
you need to have a RSS feed -XML file
dont forget to publish your url on forums to have more trafic!!
This doesn't seem to be in correct section.
I would suggest moving this to the advertising section of site promotion.
