Page shows in Cpanel, but getting Domain Does Not Exist message

I have an index.html and it's registered, but I keep getting an error message.

I'm seeing a page starting with this text:

I am once again hosting a Survival football league. For those of you who are new, the idea with Survival football is to pick a single team to win a game each week. As long as the team you picked wins, you survive to the next week. If they lose, you get a strike. I've changed the league for this season to allow two strikes, instead of just one. The last person (or people) to pick correctly win the money. Winner takes all. The only caveat is that you can only use a team once!

So it's working (with some visible problems). Perhaps there's a DNS lookup problem along the way (between you and the server), or perhaps you have something cached locally. Try flushing your DNS cache and clearing your browser cache.
