in my forum whenever i click any forum or user profile it, redirects to 404 not found

Your forum is assuming the use of mod_rewrite in a .htaccess file to redirect the stuff like forum-1234.html to the right file. The problem is, your .htaccess files don't have it doing that; I'd recommend backing up the database and reinstalling the forum from scratch. The install process for most forums creates the .htaccess file it needs.
