pages isnt going to direct file

When i uploaded the files to my ftp it says there is an error in finding the page...

404 Not Found

The server can not find the requested page:

mobsterm.x10.mx/index.php (port 80)

the page is correct and the url is correctly spelt.

Your site is loading, index.php being blank. Clear your browsers cache, or Shift/Ctrl+f5 should refresh while bypassing the browsers cache, its either shift or ctrl, depending on your browser.
