Paid account.. Will it fix problems?

I have been holding off on getting a paid account, and all these problems are kinda scaring me considering how long it's been down.

Are these problems specific to free accounts? If so I will get a paid account just to get rid of all these problems if not to keep it for a while.

also, are the paid accounts having any problems, or are they relatively error-free?

The paid accounts are relatively error-free.
Mysql is on localhost on them and has never been moved.
The current server load is 0.63.
There is very small downtime. I haven't noticed it go down at all during December and January.

Its will be worth the relative small outlay for you,no problems really in 3 month.
