Paid hosting - is possible to migrate back to free?

Hi,

I have a website which has been during the latest years making some very small profit. My plan is that if that profit consistently goes over the cost of paid hosting, I will switch to it.

However, I am afraid of a commitment for life, as I don't know how will my website do in the future.

If I switch to paid hosting, I understand my website will be automatically migrated (hopefully, with no loss of service). Once I am using paid hosting, will I have the option to be migrated back to free hosting?

There's no way to automatically migrate back, but there's nothing that prevents you from creating a new free account and move files and database(s) over on your own.
