Hello everybody. I really think you have set up a nice and FREE site. I really appreciate all the effort, time and money you have invested here. I have had my site up and running for about 4 months without any issues. However due to my work is kind of hard to visit the forums at leats once every 12 days in order to have you account not suspended. So I wonder if there us any way that even paying we can avoid this logging or change it to a longer period of time.

If you're asking if while remaining on Free Hosting you can eliminate this need, then no, I'm sorry. Just get a friend to login for you if you find it hard.

paid hosting is very good value and no need to log in forums,I dont think you should give your password to anybody to log in for you though

You can upgrade to paid hosting. Your account will be shifted to the paid server and some of the exceptions to your account are:
1. Your account won't be reviewed.
2. You do not have to login atleast once in two weeks to the forums.
