Paid Signup Trouble

The freehosting account worked so well I decided to buy paid hosting. I submitted my CC and was charged $15.90 for the Static Plan and a domain: beyondeuclid.com.

Trouble is, I don't seem to be recognized as a paid customer. No matter how I try to get in to x10, I end up at some aspect or another of my freehosting account.

Also, I have not got a confirmation email.

I have now got an "Order Confirmation" email but it says nothing about accessing my new paid account. Confusingly, it says "You will receive an email from us shortly once your account has been setup." I'm not sure what process is pending. I can see the money debit has already taken place.

The signup for your account was completed yesterday, and you should have got an e-mail with your hosting account details.
