When I try to park the domain universidadingles.com under my account : ingles.x10hosting.com it gives me the error that it's already configured under a different/unknown user. This happened because the first time I tried to add it it crashed.. So, it updated half of the database entries for me to have the parked domain, but not all of them.... I know how to park a domain, it's just that somehow the server/database got messed up...
The domain isn't under my list, so I can't delete it, but just for kicks I tried to copy/paste the link to delete a different parked domain and just swap the url, and it says that it can't delete it because it doesn't know who the owner is... Not that I want to delete it, I want to add it, but I thought maybe I could re-set the messed up database fields that way and then add it...
Can someone reset this in the database somewhere? Thanks
