park domain

hello! I want to park my domain but cpanel gives me the following error:

Error from park wrapper: Sorry, cannot determine nameserver IPs. Please make sure that the domain is registered with a valid domain registrar.

and when I modify the dns in nic.mx (domain registrar?) I get the following error:

El DNS no está configurado para ser autoritativo para este nombre de dominio. Por favor verifica. DNS 1 ns1.x10hosting.com
(the dns isnt configured to be authoritative (?) for this domain name. please verify dns 1 ns1.x10hosting.com)

At your domain registrar Create A record to 74.63.233.7

and see if works..
