Parked domain error

Hi,
I'm trying to add a ".co.cc" domain for my website (http://redge.x10hosting.com/) and I get the following error:

Error from hooks wrapper: Domain action was not successfully completed [1]. Error: Error from park wrapper: rdgweb.co.cc is controlled by another user. You cannot park it.

I added the ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com servers in the co.cc website, waited 48h, and then went to the Parked Domains section in the control panel, but it won't let me do it. I did the same thing for a ".tk" domain name and it worked fine. I also don't have problems using domain forwarding from co.cc, it's just when I try to add the parked domain in the control panel here.

Any idea what could be causing this? I definitely "control" rdgweb.co.cc so I really don't understand what the issue is.

I suggest you to open a ticket from your main account: https://x10hosting.com/portal/login.php
I'm also getting a similar error when trying to add a .com as parked domain. It says "that domain is owned by another user". Same when I try as Add-on domain. Did you tried it?
However, it's a bit different. In my case it's due to an account upgrade (I'm now in Illuminated and it seems that the .com domain is owned by my old user account, at Stoli server).

Yo también tengo un problema parecido cuando intento añadir un .com como dominio parked. Me dice que "el dominio pertenece a otro usuario". Y me pasa lo mismo cuando lo intento poner como add-on. ¿Lo probaste?
De todos modos, es algo diferente. En mi caso es debido a una mejora de la cuenta (ahora estoy en Illuminated y es como si el dominio .com perteneciese aún a mi cuenta de usuario vieja, en el servidor Stoli).

The Addon Domains didn't work, either. I opened a ticket, so we'll see what happens.
