parked domain help

I have parked my new domain. i have changed the Name servers to:

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hotsing.com

When i visit my domain at www.hipcitynews.com it shows up with 404 error...I have parked the domain in my cpanel and managment area....Can't figure out the problem

got it...had to delet temp files and cookies/.....thanks alot
