Hello,
I have setup the following parked domain: GLOBALMOTIONYES.COM for the X10 domain Globalmotion.x10.mx. I have set it up correctly through Cpannel and changed the nameservers on the domain to:
1. NS1.X10HOSTING.COM
2. NS2.X10HOSTING.COM
The domain is not correctly directing to my x10 domain and directing to a default placeholder page. Please fix this ASAP or provide me with instructions to fix it from my end.
I have opened a support ticket with the above information but I'm unsure of the reliability of the service as my last ticket received no reply after 48 hours.
