Parked domain on a inactive account

Hi, I had my domain on this hosting but it was taken down because of inactive, and now i would like to return it, please could you help me this problem?

I see you now have an active account without a parked domain.
Are you trying to park the domain on your new account?
Is the system giving you errors?
If so, post back with the error message and the domain you wish to park.

Yeah, basically i had it all up and running before and the hosting was cancelled because it was in the development stage, and now it says this when i try and park it again:

Error from hooks wrapper: Domain action was not successfully completed [1]. Error: Error from park wrapper: 9thselsdonguides.co.uk is owned by another user.


And i am that other user but i cant access that account because it was taken down.

9thselsdonguides.co.uk has its DNS pointed here.
The nameservers have the domain, but they point to boru. Your new account is on starka.
JM shows: No results found for search criteria. when asked about the domain.

Will escalate to a Support Ticket so a Staff member can fix this manually.
