Parked Domain Problem

I added a parked domain, and it added it fine. But when I looked on the page, there is no parked domain, and it wont let me re-add it, saying that it already exists. Any idea what is the matter?

Level 2 support is just a way for Senior Staff and Admin to be notified when there is a support request that needs their attention.
