Parked Domains

Guys, I added a parked domain to my cpanel a few days back. but i still don't see the parked domain! as of present status i am neither able to add nor delete the parked domain! i am not even able to configure it! i had posted a thread on this a few days back but i have received no favorable response!

How did you add the domain? Can you confirm that it doesn't show up under the parked domains and addon domains section please?

i added it the way you add parked domains. i cannot open cPanel at work, but then i don't see it in the list of addon or parked domains. i am able to see it in a few drop down boxes though.
the left hand bar which shows the number of add on/parked domains added shows the count to be 0!

Right, this seems like an issue that I can't deal with, so I'm going to move it somewhere more senior staff can sort it out for you .

Your parked domain should now be working.
