Partner wanted for iGames.org.uk

I am currently the only person working at iGames.org.uk a free online games site. We have had one advertising deal with Stir Fry Games a Game developer and get an average of 15-20 views a day. I have managed to do a good jon with the site since July when i created it but now need a partner with good skills with Adobe fireworks and Adobe photoshop as well as being able to make a website profitable. This site has already gone from one strength to another and doesn't need a huge ammount of time spending on it. What I am proposing is an chance to become a 30% share holder in the buisness and in return work for the company to make it a even more profitable site.
