Parts for a PC

Make me a PC using ebay and give me the ok/good things for less $$ for the following items:

Motherboard,
Power supply,
150GB + Hard Drive,
DVD/CD Drive,
A Video card with DVI ports,
Sound Card,
A Intel P4,
Ram
A case with room for expansion for like another DVD drvie. It also needs to be small.

I do not need a OS as I am going to run linux and this needs to be bellow $30 without the shipping costs. Also if that can not happen let it be under $50 without shipping costs.

I will give 150 points to points to whoever does this for me. I need this so I can make this a multimedia PC.

Added ram. You might want to make sure it all works together. I think it does. I just don't know what kind of motherboard it is, but ram is backwards compatible.
