Password did not work

Hi the password cpope or whatever his name is gave did not work on C-panel so could some one take a look at it, the login name im using is lacrosse, is that the right one because if not couuld u tell me what it is?

Are you being sure to type the username and password out correctly? They're both case-sensitive.
