Password Error, Email Rejecting Signup

I registered my free webhosting with my email address synthier@hotmail.com. Unfortunately I used a password with my username and I have to register a new account.

So I signup again but my email address is rejected because it is already in the system.

What do I do?

You can reset the password of your account by logging into http://x10hosting.com/panel.php with your forum details (I assume you didn't lose those as you posted this post).
