Password Errors

The password i signed my cpanel up to is not the one i signed up for, plus, my cpanel isnt configured to my email, so i reset my password (3-4 days ago) posted a ticket, and posted here in the forums and have got no response. my account (for cPanel) is Rising
my subdomain is:

schematic.x10hosting.com

i have no trouble getting into iPanel ( i already reset my password to what it was supposed to be) please PM me whoever does this.

I had to use the ip under the bottom "Don't Forget To Login To Your cPanel" but i set up my contact email. problem fixed.
