password not working

Though I had changed the password more than once, I can't login to cpanel or through ftp client... could you tell me what's wrong??

No luck, but using the same username and password to enter the management centre, no problem... It's quite weird. And as soon as I try to get into cpanel, it says that login attempt failed.

If you are able to check the control panel, it is possible your password change attempts have been queued (so haven't been applied yet). Just sign into the control panel, and you should see the link for pending account actions. Just ensure that they are not there.

Sadly I'll have to change my hosting to another provider... no useful help yet.

The system shows no recent changes to your password.
May I suggest trying again.

It doesn't work. I've just changed my password and though the hosting action says "finished" and "this action completed successfully", when I try to upload files through gftp client I get the message "530 Login authentication failed" and through the "login to cpanel" I get the message "Login Attempt Failed!", as it is usual since a couple of months... I'm REALLY tired of this
