Password on my index?

When I go to my main page (http://burningthings.us.to) I get a pop up aking me to loging to " "

My cPanel password + Forum password don't work. When I click exit it brings me to the page "http://burningthings.us.to/localstart.asp" and says
You are not authorized to view this page

I never even had a page called "localstart.asp"

Can anyone help?

You need to change the nameservers on the domain to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com
