Password problem ???

I am just trying to transfer my first page up to my mythuk.x10hosting.com website, and cannot login via FTP using username mythukx and the password as originally emailed to me. I also cannot login to the cpanel.

Could someone please reset my password and let me know what it is ????

Please help, really keen to get this going....

Check to make sure that you are useing the exact same password they gave you. When I first tryed to login to cPanel, I couldn't get in. Later I found out that while I was copying the password from the PM they sent me, there was a space on the end.

I have tried resetting the password with the link on the cpanel site, and tried the original as in the message when my account was originally set up, but no joy.......

My account may have been suspended, but I have not received any notification of this.

Can someone please help me get into my account to get this going, and reset my password ????

Do any of the maintainers or masters of this site read these posts ????
