Password Reset Error

I have locked myself out of my account and when I try to reset my password it doesn't reset...I think the problem is that I have more than one account under the same email address so it doesn't know which account I am trying to change. Can anyone help me with this? The website is down because I can't login monthly

I can see a forum account with that username, there's no hosting account attached to it however, and I can not find any hosting account with that username. The e-mail is one under live.unc.edu though.

I found the forum account (logged into it right now). There definitely should be a hosting account with the same username (ncdux10m) ..it was recently made inactive due to me forgetting to log into it while I was out of the country. It was hosting a website with the url: www.uncdeltaupsilon.com

I can even give you the previous password for it if you would like...
Also is the email for this account pilon@live.unc.edu?

To clarify my other account is the lpilonx1 username (I don't want to change this one's password).

I'm afraid it appears that the account was terminated due to a very large period of inactivity. It was terminated on the 1st August 2014, after being inactive for a total of 52 days.

Is there anything I can do to get the site back? I don't have any backups. Or is it gone for good? I'll upgrade to a premium account if I can somehow salvage my site and avoid having this problem in the future.
