Password reset

the cpanel password and ftp password both got a problem

and they don't work any more,

I don't what happened with it.

the cpanel and ftp username for them are both kybestx1

I beg the administrators to reset it ,

and mail the new passwords to my registered mailbox

Edit 2: I don't see your account on the server.. Maybe that is why no one else has responded.. I don't get it.
