Hello, I'm trying to get my password reset. My site was suspended due to inactivity and now am trying to link this forum account with my hosting account but cannot login to the CP. Every time I try and use the "Forgot Password?" link all it does is put a "#" at the end of the .php extension in the address bar and nothing else happens. I originally had a community help thread (https://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/119702-trying-get-my-site-unsuspended.html) but the problem is now with my password. I'd like for this to be cleared up as soon as possible since I'm losing a substantial amount of money per day.
