hi, im new to this and after i signed up i was a little bit fustrated because i cant get into anything with my username and password. for some reason forums is the only thing i can log into. cpannel and ftp will not allow me to log in and i have the same password and user name for both. can anyone help me?

How long ago did you create the account?
What hosting package did you choose while signing up?
What is the sub-domain/domain you choose while signing up?

the account username is mcurry, i signed up for hosting about 1 or 2 days ago, i have the free hosting, and the sub-domain is exofire

Did you sign up for an "adfree" or "adenhanced" package?
