I've been with a number of hosting companies (the majority were those here-one-day-gone-the-next types), and none have had such efficient and most of all HUMAN support staff.
The others tend to have a support ticket system (better than forums IMO but I can't grumble this is free) with ROBOTIC staff who don't speak brilliant English.
However, X10 have HUMAN staff who help and share opinions also. This isn't always good, as you sorta expect to be treated like a customer (always right, lol), and some staff at x10 are very quick to tell you when you're pissing them off, but at the end of the day it's very nice to have that one-to-one support there when you need it.
I've just written a review of x10 @ www.freewebhosts.com (which, by the way, lists you as #1 free hosting company joint with Zendurl) to encourage others to give you a try.
I know I got off on the wrong foot by breaking the rules, but I hope myself and your company can both continue to benefit from the service you offer!
