Cossacks is being a good boy, so you should be able to view it and with great speed.

My goal is to keep it simple.

Things to be improved (so please read first before suggestion ;D)
-Find forum layout to match main site
-Integrate "images" with the design of main-site, and clean out all images that are wasteful.
-Finish setting up error pages
-Finish setting up forums
-Finish last configuration tweaks to blog
-Finish last configuration tweaks to forums
-Finish site (this means you see navigation box, likes boxes under it for so and so, and on the other site boxes for so and so, and on the top is another navigation bar to external links, It is currently "explaining" the status of the site)

There really isn't a whole lot to review. Without content it looks rather boring and you need to add an image gallery instead of just that list of image, its to hard to navigate and will deter visitors. The layout looks fairly good, but a bit generic, personally. It looks like a good start, but you need to add some content before it can really be critiqued.
