Getting the following error when trying to access my website (argentchronicles.com):

PDOException: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1040] Too many connections in lock_may_be_available()



Also, when trying to access phpmyadmin I get:

SET CHARACTER SET 'utf8';

#1040 - Too many connections

Affecting users of Vox, and absolut.
