Hi Staff,
Thanks for a great job. I am generally very happy with your hosting.
But .. I have noticed a problem today with my website www.peder.biz/Dives. The PEAR DB.php file does not load:

Warning: require_once(DB.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/npeder/public_html/Dives/First/ratings.php on line 45

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'DB.php' (include_path='.:/x10hosting/php2/pear/PEAR') in /home/npeder/public_html/Dives/First/ratings.php on line 45

Previously there have been no problems with this. I don't know exactly when it stopped working. If this is due to some update of the server (Cossack), please let me know the time horizon before it is fixed. My cpanel username is: npeder
Thanks
Peder

Those errors mean that PHP cannot find a file the sctipt requires in order to work. I'd advise you contact the vendor of the script about this issue. From what I can see, not knowing what script you're using or anything, you may want to locate a file called DB.php and edit line 45 to reflect the file's actual location.

It's possible you may have deleted something, so maybe it might be worth reinstalling the scipt. More information would be excellent.

Hi Luke,
PEAR has been installed by the X10 staff earlier and the DB module has been working fine since then. I have not accessed the DB module myself nor have I changed anything in the path when calling the DB-file. I haven't changed anything in this file for months, but suddenly the DB module cannot be found. So I think something must have happened on the server side. I can see that there are some problems with the other servers today, so maybe there is a problem with Cossacks also ...

I'm moving this thread to Level Two Support, so a senior member of staff will be able to deal with this. Please be patient, we're all rather busy.
