PEAR Support and OpenBasedir_path : Problem

hello,

I'd like to know what happened to x10hosting PEAR support.

My Joomla installation has been in non-working state since the the openbasedir_path is configured not to include PEAR path.

I keep receiving the following error everytime I accessed my site:

Warning: include_once() [function.include-once]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/chroot/PEAR/PEAR5.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/:/tmp) in /home/arysenna/public_html/libraries/pear/PEAR.php on line 766
