I submitted a request more than 12 hours ago to change the subdomain on my account and it is still open. Also before the change, I went to PHPmyAdmin and there were a number of databases listed that had no relationship to my site and were not mine. I believe something had gotten corrupt. This account has been on the Soli server and I always have had problems. I would like to close this account and open a new one on a different server if that is possible, or move this to a different server.
