Pending Hosting Account Signup: The password supplied must be between 1 and 16 charac

I signed up for new account yesterday, giving a strong 22 character password. Password accepted, account created. Now however when I attempt to go to hosting link once signed onto account get:

I changed my password to < 16 chars, still get same message.

Howdy;
Cancel your current sign-up attempt and start over taking care to select a password that is between 1 and 16 characters in length.
That usually resolves this particular issue.
