Pending Hosting Account Signup [XO67Ketepbs5]

Hello,

I registered more then a week ago in order to get a free hosting at x10hosting, the problem is 10 days after I submitted my request it's still on pending, I submitted my request 13th April 2011.
Could someone please approve my account, or tell me whats taking so long?
